Christmas Negroni

Ingredients

Jaramagos Vermut

Gin

Red grape juice 

Spicy sugar syrup

Red grape skin

Spruce 

3 cl.

1 tbsp.

1 strip.

1 sprig.

Procedure

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

  2. Then pour the gin, red vermouth, grape juice and sugar syrup into the glass and stir.

  3. Put it in ice-cold liquid into a glass filled with ice cubes.

  4. Garnish with a strip of red grape skin and a sprig of spruce, and serve immediately.

Mr. Negroni

Ingredients

Jaramagos Vermut

Espresso-orange Gin

Mr. Amaro

Dry orange peel  

2,5 cl.

3 cl.

3 cl.

1 pcs.

Procedure

  1. Fill a glass (Lowball) completely with ice cubes (cubes or one large ice cube).

  2. Pour the gin, amaro and vermouth into the glass.

  3. Stir (stir) the ingredients together thoroughly for half to a full minute.

  4. So that the cocktail is cooled and watered down a bit by the ice.

  5. Garnish with a dried orange peel and enjoy the cocktail in good company!

Modern Moonshine

Ingredients

Jaramagos Vermut

Apple moonshine

Apple syrup

Angostura Bitter

Dry leaves

1,5 cl.

1 cl.

2 drops.

2 pcs.

Procedure

  1. Fill a glass (Lowball) completely with ice cubes (cubes or one large ice cube).

  2. Pour Vermouth Moderne, Apple Moonshine, apple syrup and bitters into the glass.

  3. Thoroughly stir the ingredients together for 20-30 seconds so that the cocktail cools and dilutes a bit.

  4. Decorate with 2 pcs. dried bay leaves and enjoy the cocktail in good company!
